Interesting. The Beardstown police have no jurisdiction outside the city limits. You cannot be out pulling vehicles over on Beardstown Drainage Ditch Road which is county, boys, and a heck of a lot farther out of Beardstown than Dey Street, which you never want to answer calls to. I cannot believe with gas prices as high as they are, and the constant expense of buying these cowboys new squad cars, why some aldermen have not put a stop to them answering calls outside the city limits. Newt Gingrich said of OWS protesters that they should get a job and take a bath. In Illinois our unemployment rate has topped 10 percent and those who are looking for a job can’t find one. The occupiers are sacrificing personal comfort and safety to expose those who have destroyed the American Dream. They are fighting to save our democracy from the corrosive effects of lobbyists of greedy politicians interested only in getting re-elected. OWS is fighting for you and me, the 99 percent. Newt and the GOP represents the one percent. His callous remarks are a reflection of their disregard for the wants and needs of the American people. Someone should give his mouth a bath. I just want to make sure all the Journal-Courier readers understand that once the incandescent light bulb ban kicks in, you’ll still be able to order them via the Internet from the General Electric factory in Mexico. Don’t panic, you’ll still be able to get them. We’re still in control of what light bulbs we use, not our federal government. I certainly hope they keep the stoplights at Church and College flashing. The traffic seems to be moving through there a lot better. Only problem is every once in a while there’s a smart aleck who feels the need to run the stop sign. Out on Morton they need to change the east-west bound traffic lights because the north-south bound people don’t have a chance. The idiots who are running east to west just get to run from one end of town to the other.Easter Egg Paper Cutting - News

In this work, Koons takes an everyday object – a chocolate Easter egg with a shiny ribbon – and elevates it to a work of art. As always, Koons creates a work of art that appeals to multiple senses: the piece delights the viewer with its contrasting

Admittedly, the result, cruelly dubbed "the rock of ages" by my doting dad, was still going strong long after Easter eggs were old news, but practice makes perfect, and now I'd like to think I was a bit of a dab hand with the old mixed peel.
I have a "holiday baking" gene that appears generally coinciding with a number of Hallmark card occasions – Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, birthdays. I have successfully baked desserts many times, so I know I am not totally deficient
